Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
When you order and pay, the information will be send to the printing company directly. They will need a process time of 5 to 10 workdays, depending on the sort of order.
When your order leaves, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace with which you can track your package.
What are shipping costs?
All costs for shipping your order are shown before you confirm your order.
Adjusted rates apply for international shipments that you will be shown before you confirm your order.
When will I receive my order?
Within the Netherlands, your order is usually with you within 1 working day after shipping. Do you have a delivery address outside the Netherlands or Belgium? Then your item will take longer to arrive. Keep an eye on your track & trace.
Didn't receive everything?
We cannot always ship all items from one order at the same time. In your account you can see if we have shipped everything at the same time. If we have shipped everything, it is best to contact our customer service.
Delivery
Our delivery partner delivers the orders to the delivery address you specified. With the exception of PO boxes. Are you unexpectedly not at home to receive a package? After a failed delivery attempt, you will receive a message from our delivery partner via their track & trace system in your e-mail. Your package will be delivered to a collection point. Please note: the package will be there for a maximum of 7 days, after which it will be returned to us.
What happens if you have not collected the package from a collection point?
If you have the order delivered to a PostNL or DHL collection point, you can collect the package within a week. After that, the package will be automatically returned. You can see this in the status of the track & trace. When we have received the package back, we will credit the products and charge €10 administration costs.
Please note: we do not receive a message from PostNL or DHL when your package is returned, so keep an eye on your track & trace. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us.
Can I still change the order I have already placed?
No, to protect your data, an order can no longer be changed.
How quickly will I be refunded if my order fails?
There can be several reasons why your order has failed. How quickly the money will be in your account depends on the reason for your failed order and your payment method:
technical failure:
iDEAL or afterwards: within 3 working days
Credit card: within 5 working days
What should I do if I have not received my package?
Check the following:
1. The Track & Trace code of the package
You can find this in your shipping confirmation. Check via this link whether the delivery time slot has been changed.
2. The delivery address
Is the delivery address you entered correct? Also check your postcode.
3. The letterbox
Did you receive a not-at-home message? Then the package has been delivered to the neighbors or the delivery person delivered the package to a collection point.
Is all this correct, but you still have not received a package? Then contact us.
How do I report my return online?
You can do this easily and quickly via the online return form that you will receive when you send an email to sandra@sandrasunna.com
Damaged products
Although we do our best to get your product to you safely, it can sometimes happen that damage occurs during shipping. If this has happened to a product from your order, please let us know as soon as possible via sandra@sandrasunna.com. We will provide a suitable solution.
Subsequent shipments
It can of course always happen that a certain product is no longer in stock. You will then receive an email with the expected delivery time.
