We do not expect this, but it is possible that you still have a complaint about our products. We are happy to help you find a mutually desired solution. You can send an email to sandra@sandrasunna.com

We will review your complaint, which must be sent to us by email with attached photos, and will then find a solution to everyone's satisfaction. We will process your complaint within 14 days of receipt and you will receive a response from us soon.

As of 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also file complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at (http://ec.europa.eu/odr.) If the complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the European Union platform.
