4. Contact form

We offer the option to ask questions via a contact form in our webshop, where you are asked to fill in various details to process your question. You choose which data you provide. The data you send us will be stored for as long as is necessary for the complete answering and processing thereof, based on the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail.

5. Register (online portal/my account)

For certain parts of the SandraSunna.com webshop, you must first register yourself. After registration, we will store the personal data you provided via the user name you have chosen. We store this data so that you do not have to fill it in again every time and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement.

We will not provide the data linked to your username to third parties, unless this is necessary in the context of the execution of the agreement that you conclude with us or if this is legally required. 7. Provision to third parties

We can pass on your data to our partners. These partners are involved in the execution of the agreement. The administrators of these services collect your personal data.

Parcel services: for the shipment of your package.

Communication partners: to be able to communicate personal offers and promotions via digital and non-digital communication channels.
Database marketing partners: to manage the database and perform the analyses as mentioned under point 3.
Newsletter partners: to send newsletters.
Social network partners: our website includes buttons for social media. The administrators of these services use these to collect your personal data.

8. Newsletter and Advertising

We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit consent.

We can inform you by e-mail of commercial information (including advertising) about our products and services. 10. Cookies

Our web shop uses cookies. Cookies are also placed by third parties that have been engaged by us. When you visit our web shop for the first time, a message is displayed in which we explain why we use cookies. We regard your further use of our web shop as permission for this use of cookies.

We have made agreements with third parties who place cookies about the use of cookies and applications. However, we do not have full control over what the providers of these applications themselves do with the cookies when they read them. 11. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our webshop Sooth-care.com. We are of course interested in the visitors of Sooth-care.com, but we do not need to know your name or anything like that. Information about visits to Sooth-care.com is only used to support technical decisions and statistical processing and is never used to identify individuals.

We have entered into a processing agreement with Google to make agreements about the handling of our data. We have allowed Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services, such as Ads, so that (our) Google advertisements can be personalized.

The information that Google collects is anonymized as much as possible. Your IP address is explicitly not provided. The information is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google states that it adheres to the Safe Harbor principles and is affiliated with the Safe Harbor program of the American Department of Commerce. This means that there is an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.

12. Security

We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data.

The online payment options and your personal page (account) are of course secured. The pages are protected with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that your data is sent securely, 'encrypted'. You can see that a connection is secured by the 's' in 'https://' for the internet address, and a lock in the address bar. If you click on the lock, you will see more information about the certificate that has been issued by an independent institution that guarantees reliability.

The persons who act under the authority of the responsible party, including the responsible party himself and those who have access to the personal data, are obliged to maintain confidentiality of the data of which they become aware. Except when they are obliged by law or regulation to make statements.

13. Retention periods privacy policy

The personal data described above are stored for as long as necessary to process your orders, including warranty. After that, we store data for a maximum of one year for the statistical purposes described. The data will then be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer storage (such as the fiscal retention obligation of seven years for payment data).

If you want to report a complaint or if you think that our company has not dealt with your problem satisfactorily, you can contact the competent authority.

18. Dutch Data Protection Authority

Of course, we are happy to help you further if you have complaints about the processing of your personal data. Based on privacy legislation, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority against this processing of personal data.
