Safe & easy payment

You can pay for your order in several ways. Paying at SandraSunna is always safe in a secure HTTPS environment.

iDEAL

With iDEAL you can complete the payment at your own bank immediately when placing your order. You pay in the trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank.

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express)

You can safely enter your credit card details via our secure SSL procedure. Together with your credit card organization, we ensure correct processing. From the moment of ordering, a reservation is made on your credit card. Your credit card is then charged when an item is shipped. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express.

Order

Have you placed all the desired products in the shopping cart? Then you may now want to place your order or see an overview of the products you have chosen. Click on the symbol with the shopping cart at the top right of our website. This will take you directly to the overview of all the products in your shopping cart. From there you can immediately continue 'to the checkout', or back to the Online Shop where you can continue shopping. Before placing your order, please check the selected products again to be sure.

Ordering with an account

Do you already have a SandraSunna account? Then you can log in to your account with your e-mail address and personal password. You only need to confirm your address details in the next step. You can select the desired delivery address from your personal address book.

Create an account

Do you not have a SandraSunna account yet? Then you can easily register yourself. To create an account, simply buy a product and an account will be created.

Ordering without an account

Do you not have a SandraSunna account and do you want to place the order easily without registering? Then click on “Without registration”. This will take you straight to filling in the address details.

Different delivery address than the billing address

Do you want the order to be sent to an address that differs from the billing address, for example in the case of a gift? Then select the option “Send to a different delivery address”. An additional form will then appear, on which you can fill in the recipient's address.

Shipping & Delivery

At Sooth we strive for a fast shipping of your order. Our delivery time is on average between 5 and 10 working days depending on the sort of print. Working days are from Monday to Friday. With every order you place you will receive information about the status of your order at that time.

Delivery

Our delivery partner delivers the orders to the delivery address you specified. With the exception of PO boxes. Are you unexpectedly not at home to receive a package? After a failed delivery attempt, you will receive a message from our delivery partner via their track & trace system in your e-mail. Your package will be delivered to a collection point. Please note: the package will be there for a maximum of 7 days, after which it will be returned to us.

What happens if you have not collected the package from a collection point?

If you have your order delivered to a PostNL or DHL collection point, you can pick up the package within a week. After that, the package will be automatically returned. You can see this in the status of the track & trace. When we have received the package back, we will credit the products and €10 administration costs will be charged.

Please note: we do not receive a message from PostNL or DHL when your package is returned, so keep an eye on your track & trace. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us.

Returns

Of course you have the option to return your order in accordance with the terms set out in our general terms and conditions. You can return the products within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
